Self esteem
Small group, with a maximum of 6 members with a focus of self-esteem. The group is currently held online and offers the members group therapy, with a 1:1 half hour session before the group session for one member each week. A way for someone to experience therapy and work on their esteem, who may feel that individual therapy is not possible for them at the moment. An initial 1:1 discussion takes place to see what is wanted and how this group fits those needs.
