We offer five DBT skills modules which can attended as part of the comprehensive DBT programme or on a modular basis: 1) 6-week Core Mindfulness and Middle Path module, 2) 8-week Distress Tolerance module 3) 12-week Emotion Regulation module, 4) 8-week Interpersonal Effectiveness module and 5) 10-week Advanced Relationship Skills in Action module.
