The group experience enables this to take place in a wider context than individual therapy can offer. The group is open-ended and meets in a cosy, welcoming office that accommodates up to five participants, starting on 21 April.

Are you an overthinker? Does your mind pull you into the past or future leaving you very rarely in the present? This course uses evidence based techniques to help you manage your overthinking, freeing you from worry and rumination. The format of the upcoming group is a 6 weekly 1.5 hour sessions. Participation is limited to 12. The course draws from therapeutic modalities which are proven to work, going further than traditional cognitive behavioural therapy and moving into more specific techniques for overthinkers. To ensure this group is a good fit you there are some preintake questionnaires and have a short interview.

Grief can feel isolating, and this group offers shared understanding, reflection, and connection with others who are also living with loss in their own way. There is no pressure to speak, and you are welcome to attend at your own pace. Sessions are structured but gentle, with time for reflection. The group is facilitated by a person-centred counsellor based in Auchtermuchty, experienced in grief, trauma, and life transitions, including baby loss. Sessions are £10–£15 per session.
