Psychotherapy Group

My psychotherapy group is a mixed gender adult group. It is for people who are struggling with relationship difficulties, who feel that they have not achieved their full potential and who want to better understand how their past has impacted their present so that they can move forward in the here and now. They may have feelings of anxiety and depression and they want to feel better about themselves and improve their relationships. The group offers support and a sense of belonging whilst dealing with these issues. The group meets in person once a week on a Wednesday evening in W1.
