Psychotherapy Group
Group therapy offers a safe, therapeutic place to speak about yourself, your family and other relationships. Conflicts and worries can be explored with others who are going through similar issues. Groups of up to 8 members meet once or twice a week in a safe and confidential space. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Before joining the group, you will meet several times with me. This type of therapy is especially recommended for those who are having problems in relationships with others, feel isolated, depressed or suffer from social anxiety.

Online Psychotherapy Group
Group therapy at the touch of a button from the comfort of your own home. Quick, flexible, easy and convenient. You link through zoom for the length of the therapy. The group itself consists of 6-8 people and one facilitator. These group runs for 90 minutes each week and is open ended. This means that you can stay for as long or as short a time as you want or feel that you need. This can be from around six months to years. Deep and meaningful relationships can be developed in the group in a safe and boundaried way.
