Designed for pregnant people and parents with babies under 12 months and, the group provides a space to reconnect with your body, reduce stress, and boost mental well-being. Using silent disco technology, parents can enjoy moving freely to curated playlists without worrying about their baby's hearing. Led by a qualified Dance Movement Psychotherapist, sessions also include group discussions on topics like body image, parenting challenges, and postnatal mental health. Babe Club is a fun, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace, feel more confident, and connect with others in a similar stage of life.
