Popyn Therapy

Popyn is a very relaxed chat group where you can check-in and rebalance to help promote emotional health and clear thinking. We will remind ourselves of the essential human needs and our innate resources that help us to meet those needs. We will also discuss the barriers to getting these our needs met and look at healthy alternatives.
