Parenting Group.
Based on my book published in 2019 Mind Kind Your Child's Mental Health published by Exisle and available on Amazon. This group will run through all the research informed principles in the book and address your concerns and anxieties about being a parent. The aim of this group is to avoid parenting errors and engage with confidence and joy with your children. Its the only job for which we dont have a training and this group aims to change that.

Body Positive Weight Loss Best Self Group Weekly
The body positive weight loss group starts from where you are right now - how ever overweight or how ever much you are having a struggle with your body or your out of control eating. We start from acceptance of self now, leading on to observing eating patterns, addictions and eating tendencies such as comfort eating or discomfort eating. You dont have to be perfect to be in this group - you just have to want to live your best life, caring for yourself and feeling positive about your body. Weekly for ten weeks.
