This Overcoming Low Self-Esteem online group (max. 6 participants) will help you learn strategies for managing your low self-esteem. It will help you learn about the origins of your low self-esteem, learn about the specific situations that may trigger core beliefs about yourself, and learn ways your thoughts, feelings and behaviour interact to maintain how you are feeling. Just as importantly, you will learn strategies to help you begin to overcome your low self-esteem and live the life you want to have.
