Online Psychotherapy Groups
My Wednesday and Thursday evening groups are both online so are accessible to anyone anywhere in the UK so long as they have a laptop/tablet with internet access and a private space. My groups are a source of support in times of stress and change. They help people improve their ability to cope with difficulties and problems in their lives and their relationships. I guide the process, including focusing on interpersonal interactions, so members have the maximum opportunity to help and learn from each other, which provides benefits that individual therapy may not.

My Other Groups
Online Psychotherapy groups. Wednesday, Thursday.
My online therapy groups focus on relationship issues. They run on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Each session runs for 1.5 hours. Group psychotherapy helps people resolve their emotional difficulties and encourages personal development. Groups can become a source of support in times of stress and change. A safe space develops in these groups that enables members to focus on interactions and feedback between each other and this helps individuals resolve relationship difficulties and identify and change problematic behaviours they may experience. Connecting with others and their varied points of view helps people develop more empathy and improve relationship skills.
