Neurodivergent Parenting Therapy Group

Hello! I’m running a Neurodivergent Parenting Therapy and Support Group for parents of neurodivergent children. It’s will be a small, welcoming group (8 parents) where we’ll explore ways to manage stress, understand our own emotional patterns, and build calm and confidence in everyday life. I’d love to offer this space for those who might need it. Starting *6th January* for *6 weeks* – £25per session/£150 total – 10-11.30am at West Norwood Library.
