How should we meditate? Some choose a reliable technique (backed by science), others the technique they are most familiar with. But familiarity doesn't always lead to greater meaning. In a meaningful meditation session, insights trigger mental events you can relate to. When ideas follow a logical approach, better coping options can be considered, and experience is translated into mental skills. Join me every Sunday for a meaningful meditation session.
