Living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) can bring challenges like anxiety, fatigue, and poor sleep. This supportive group is an 8-week online program for UK adults designed to support the psychological and emotional aspects of living with IBD Using a therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we explore practical coping skills, mindfulness, and strategies to manage worry, anxiety sleep, and fatigue. This group will help you build confidence, handle difficult emotions, and take meaningful action to improve your quality of life.
