Holding Steady: For Mothers of Adult Children

Is your relationship with your grown child tense, distant, or unpredictable, needed one moment and shut out the next? Are you carrying guilt, shame, and worries no one understands? This small, closed therapeutic group coaching circle is for mothers ready to stop trying to fix their adult child and start reclaiming their own peace and identity. Capped at 12 mothers, with me as your facilitator, we meet on Zoom, roughly every other Friday, 3:00 to 5:00pm UK time, from 8 October 2026 to 8 April 2027.
