Group Therapy for Young People (16-19 years)
Welcome to any young person who would like to connect with others and work on difficulties that are causing suffering and getting in the way of making, keeping and improving relationships and/or getting to do what is important to them e.g. with school etc. The group will meet in person, weekly, on a Wednesday evening during term time. There will be a number of pre-group individual sessions to explore needs, consider questions and ensure that new members are supported to join and get the most from attending. There is space for up to 6 members + group therapist.

Group Therapy for Young Adults (20 - 25 years)
Are you experiencing difficulties in relationships or perhaps struggling to adjust to change or finding yourself isolated? Do you have questions or face challenges relating to aspects of your identity? If so, this group could be for you. Group Therapy is a powerful medium for connection, belonging, mutual respect and understanding. The insights gained in the group can be transferred to support important relationships and address life goals outside of the group. All new members will be supported through a series of individual meetings before joining the group. There is space for 6 members. The fee is £140 per month.
