This is an ONLINE therapy group for Women who experience challenges with food, weight, codependency issues, and ED. This often happens when we: live accordingly to some dogmas, social or familial conditioning, don't not have tools to process emotions/grief, cannot set proper boundaries, choose safety and comfort over our true desires, believe shameful voices, push away our needs, have a wounded relationship with our wants and desires.
