You will address and explore emotions and interactions through art making and discussion. All art work is kept within the group and remains confidential until the end of therapy. The group members speak what is on their mind as long as it is not violent or destructive so that we can explore our relationships with each other and with the individuals own self in order to obtain therapeutic change. After some sessions it begins to feel like a group of friends meeting to help each other.
