Losing a baby through Miscarriage can be a very distressing, Frightening and lonely experience. Perhaps you would like to meet with others women and men who have also lost a baby in early pregnancy. Nottingham Miscarriage support aims to provide a safe environment in which men and women experiencing the grief of losing a pregnancy, can come together to share their experiences and provide each other with mutual support.

We live in a diet focused world, and the pressure to fit into a certain size can be enormous - we are met with explicit and subliminal messages every day that reinforce this. This is a group to help you develop a more positive relationship with food and weight, break free from diet culture, and restriction or binging. The group meets fortnightly, for six weeks in person, beginning in January 2026.

I would like to establish an 'in-person' peer support group for experienced counsellors and psychotherapists as a supplement to individual clinical supervision. The hope is to bring together local practitioners for peer support and personal/professional growth with an emphasis on building a therapeutic community. Ideally practitioners will have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience and work from a humanistic/relational/attachment perspective. There is no charge.
