The ‘Tree of Life’ is a therapeutic intervention developed in Africa by psychologist, Ncazelo Ncube, working in collaboration with the Dulwich Centre in Australia. Although developed initially with young people, the approach has been widely used with adults (e.g, Byrne et al., 2011; Mustafa & Byrne.,2016). It is primarily used with those who have experienced trauma, loss, stigmatisation & marginalisation. With roots in Narrative Therapy, it uses the tree as a metaphor to help people re-story their lives, identify their strengths & abilities, hopes & dreams, reconnect with their roots & relationships & think about ‘storms of life’ from a position of strength.

The relentless demands of modern life often compel us to overwork, seek validation, and suppress aspects of ourselves we fear may not be accepted. Over time, these patterns can lead to exhaustion and disconnection from our authentic selves, leaving us feeling drained, unfulfilled, and out of alignment. Much of this struggle stems from the hidden or “shadow” parts of ourselves—the emotions, desires, and traits we’ve learned to suppress. Through shadow work, we can bring these parts into the light with curiosity and compassion, unraveling unconscious patterns that drive stress, anxiety, and burnout.

I specialise in couples and one-to-one therapy working with challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress & men's related issues. Intimacy, ED, low sex drive, pornography and relationship or social challenges are all areas I specialise in. During psychotherapy sessions I provide a confidential setting that encourages you to reflect. We will explore the feelings, emotions and impact significant events have had on the way you experience day-to-day life. We will work through your thought process moving towards the version of your life that you've always wanted. What is that vision? Does it involve laughter, smiling and being happy?
This is a small, longer-term therapy group for men and women of all ages. Over time, members develop a deep sense of trust in each other, which supports them in working on whatever is most difficult in their lives: personal relationships, family relationships, work relationships, lack of confidence, feeling anxious or depressed, past traumas, lacking a sense of purpose or direction in life, and so on. There is no fixed topic or agenda for each meeting, instead we focus on whatever is important to the members at the time.

I work with people who are having difficulties in relationships with others, which result in them having difficulties within themselves. Struggles in relationships with others may lead to internal feelings of frustration, disappointment, and confusion, leading to feeling anxious, depressed and hopeless. They are looking for a way of changing their experience but, having tried all the ways they can think of, they are feeling defeated.
**Ignore location this group is online** The aim of the group is to bring together people who are struggling with binge eating/overeating. Group work can be a very powerful tool to reduce the shame that often surrounds this issue. The group can provide a space for you to increase your awareness about how you relate to food and help you to understand what is keeping you stuck.

Do you long to experience some peace, freedom and self trust around food? I believe this should be a birthright for everyone. If you are feeling out of control around food and concerned about the size or shape of your body, I get it because I've been there. I now use my professional and lived experience to help others find their way out of the prison of binge eating. I'm sure you have tried many times to gain control of your eating and maybe you're at a point where you're thinking there must be more going on than simply not being able to stick to a diet. Is therapy the answer?
This group comes together to offer support to each other in exploring personal and professional concerns. The confidential setting enables a space where trust is developed so that you can become aware of how you experience others as well as how you are experienced by them. This increased awareness of relationship patterns brings about long lasting and creative changes that enables deeper and more meaningful relationships both inside – and consequently outside of the group. The group is relevant if you struggle with feeling isolated, insecure or lacking in confidence and wish to find different ways of connecting – both to yourself and those around you.

Do you feel isolated or suffer with social anxiety? Do you sometimes feel excluded in social situations? Do you feel insecure in your relationships? This is a small group of up to eight members in which you can explore and change how you relate to others. The group provides a safe and confidential space which provides a range of perspectives and enables a sense of belonging. I also run a more intensive twice weekly group and would be pleased to provide information if you are interested.

Hi, my name’s Ed, I’m a Therapist working online nationally. I work with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties from many different backgrounds, everyone’s story and reason for coming to therapy are different but all are equal. I offer both long and short term individual therapy, generally the length of therapy is something that we would discuss in our first session. In the case of longer term therapy we would frequently review as the therapy progresses to consider what work remains and when might it be appropriate to conclude therapy.
This support group has been developed to support teenagers who experience social anxiety.

The world can be frustrating when you get tangled up in unhealthy thinking patterns. You can feel lost, or overwhelmed, with moments of real darkness. That is where I can help. If you lose control of your anger or your anxiety holds you back, we can unpack what makes you tick. If you hide your emotions in harmful behaviour, we can uncover them. What I enjoy most is helping people to build healthy relationships with themselves and others. I used to this when working with the Prince's Trust and Mind, the leading UK mental health agency. This gave me insight into those dealing with addiction, anxiety and depression.

The online art therapy group has been designed to provide a space for exploring thoughts, feelings and situations using art. The group format allows group members to join together, reflect and feel the support from each other. This is an ongoing group designed for those who want a longer term, weekly supportive space. It is suitable for adults who feel they would benefit from ongoing support. For example; those with long term health conditions, anxiety, depression and carers. Due to the online nature, the group isn’t a good fit for those who are acutely unwell or in crisis.

A reflective practice group session is a structured gathering where professionals come together to engage in thoughtful discussion about their experiences, challenges, and insights related to their work or personal lives. The facilitator welcomes the group and set a safe, supportive space for sharing. Professionals are encouraged to share their experiences, focusing on specific incidents or feelings that have impacted them. The facilitator may use open-ended questions to guide the discussion, prompting deeper reflection and exploration of emotions, thoughts, and behaviours.
