Ecotherapy Self Care 8 week sessions (+18)

I provide 8 ecotherapy self care group sessions with shinrin yoku approaches (+18), for people who experience neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, isolation, chronic health challenges and carers. My sessions are person-centered, holistic, creative, inclusive, accessible & grounded. I integrate group facilitation experience over many years including nature therapy training, creative art therapy approaches & mindfulness. Through this, self esteem, confidence, wellbeing & connection grow organically, and as we safely & gently relate to our natural environment.
