In-Person Support Group for Trainees & Therapists
Private practice can feel isolating, and being an expat can add extra challenges. This monthly group offers a supportive space for trainee and newly-qualified counsellors working in English as a second language. Facilitated by a BACP-accredited counsellor of Ukrainian origin, with a background in academia and a professional focus on trauma, the group helps you connect, share experiences, explore different perspectives, and develop practical skills to grow as a culturally sensitive therapist while reducing isolation. The group is open-ended and meets in a cosy, welcoming office that accommodates up to five participants, starting on 21 April.

Women's Wellbeing Session in Dundee Botanic Garden
When women gather together, something beautiful can unfold. Join us on Saturday, 18 July 2026, for a gentle afternoon of connection and wellbeing in the Living Lab, a warm, light-filled space overlooking Dundee Botanic Garden. Take a break from everyday life and enjoy two hours dedicated to reconnecting with yourself, nature, and other women. The experience includes: guided wellbeing practice, creative grounding activity, delicious treats from a local confectioner, and a complimentary glass of Prosecco or an alcohol-free alternative.
