Cycle Breakers Group

The Cycle Breakers Group is a small, structured, clinician-led group for adults who want to understand and change the impact of intergenerational and relational patterns. This is a closed group over 8–10 weeks, designed to create safety, consistency, and meaningful connection. You can expect: A small group (4–6 participants), weekly 90-minute sessions, blend of structured themes and open process work, opportunities for reflection, emotional processing, and relational feedback. We will gently explore patterns as they emerge - not just in your life outside the room, but within the group itself. Virtual only.
