Covid Support Group

Have you lost a friend or a loved one to Covid? Have you felt or do you feel lonely or isolated? Has covid changed your life in ways you struggle to cope with? Myself and my colleague Christine Martin (MBACP) offer a group run over 12 weeks (with the option to extend beyond this) where there will be time and space to reflect and support each other. Sessions will be face to face in Exeter city centre for over 18s.
