Support group for those with caring responsibilities, be it caring for a family member, or working as a nurse/carer/support worker. Caring can be a lonely path, this group is a place for you to be real about your caring responsibilities, and feel less alone. It can be so easy to put others needs above our own, especially when we are caring for others. However, where does self-care sit for you?
