Awakening

Assessments will be completed before joining a group. 7 attendees per cohort. 90 minute session, 8 weeks. Groups for like-minded individuals on a parallel path of discovering who they are and how to awaken their personal power. Focusing on building trust, re-training the mind, authenticity, letting go of old beliefs and conditions. A therapeutic coaching space providing tools to start this self developmental journey. Cohorts will be selected based on where you are starting on your journey.Each week homework will be set and exercises completed, this includes inner child healing, mirror work, manifestation, law of attraction, grounding exercises etc.
