Art Psychotherapy Group

This small art psychotherapy group offers a supportive space to explore anxiety, relationships, emotional difficulties, and self-confidence through talking and creative exploration. Sessions take place in a small art studio using a range of art materials, although no artistic skill or experience is needed. The group is psychodynamically and relationally informed, with an interest in attachment and mentalizing. The group will consist of approximately 4–5 members, run weekly, and last 1 hour and 30 minutes. A brief telephone consultation and individual assessment session are offered before joining.
