As a bisexual, neurodivergent therapist, I know how important it is to have spaces where you can unmask and be authentic - where every part of you feels safe and celebrated. My small LGBTQ+ groups offer a supportive community to explore self-esteem challenges and identity questions unique to queer, trans and nonbinary folks through an inclusive, affirming lens. Together, we’ll share compassion, solidarity, and strategies - helping you feel less alone and more empowered.
