In person relational therapy group exploring self-awareness, connection and the experience of being with others. Do you feel more comfortable listening than speaking? Or find yourself wanting connection, but not always knowing how to find it? This is a safe, confidential group for exploring how you are in relationship with others- in real time, as it happens. You don’t have to be confident in groups or experienced in therapy. Just a willingness to be curious about yourself and how you are with others. Come as you are.
