8-Week Online Navigating Depression Course

Is feeling down holding you back from living life fully? Would you like to learn skills to change this? This 8-week course is designed for anyone experiencing low mood or depression. The course uses strategies from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence based approach. The course will run from Monday 10th February to 31st March, 7:30-8:30pm on Zoom.
