I am an integrative Psychotherapist/Counsellor and Supervisor. I offer supervision to trainees, qualified counsellors and organisations, using Seven-eyed and Integrative Developmental models of supervision. My approach is culturally sensitive, neuro-affirming, accepting and uses both the social disability and neurodiversity lenses. I work with adult clients on issues such as depression, anxiety, self esteem, relationships difficulties, stress, life transitions, loss etc. I support couples in working through issues such as communication, expectations, differences, conflict, sex etc.
