About
Hi! I'm Zoe, I am an integrative therapist from South Yorkshire. I understand that taking the first steps for therapy can be difficult at times, I am here to offer a warm welcome in an inclusive space where you can feel free to be yourself. Each person is an individual, and I like to celebrate that and ensure what I offer is bespoke and unique to each person I get the pleasure of working with.
I love what I do! I have had the chance to work with some fantastic individuals from various ages and backgrounds- with a big focus on carers and armed forces personnel. Nothing is too big or too small, therapy is a fantastic tool everyone can utilise, and I would love to support you on your journey of self-discovery, healing and development.

I also offer a free 15 minute consultation so we can get to know each other better prior to our first session as well.
