Hello, I'm Zoe! I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Bristol City Centre. I have previously worked with clients experiencing: depression, suicidal feelings, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, anger, low self-esteem, trauma, changes in their understanding of sexuality & identity, alongside others. I won't analyse you or offer quick fixes, instead, I will be alongside you for support. I will ask some questions and we'll have back and forth conversation, but how much you want to share and explore is always up to you.
I'm a person-centred counsellor, which means I focus on how we can work together and create the changes you wish to see in your life. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I'm here to listen and support you. We will go at your pace and there's no pressure to share anything before you feel ready.
I hope to create a warm, non-judgemental environment so we're able to be honest and open with each other. I will be alongside you, helping you feel less alone when facing painful and upsetting things. I genuinely love my clients and feel honoured that I get to see their honesty, bravery and all the things that make us complicated humans!
