I will do my best to support you on your path to letting go of what burdens you and embracing what fulfils you. I have come to realise that nature and art in all its forms are great healers. Which might explain why I love dancing to music that makes my heart sing, being out in the elements when I can and to hang out with my cat when I'm not working. I have worked in mental health for 17 years mainly in the NHS with some work in charities
