I am a client led therapist with a focus on building trust in the relationship. I tend to work with clients who have complex or enduring difficulties, such as multiple diagnosis, or complex life circumstances. If you are willing to stay with the therapy, then I believe that transformation is always possible. I have considerable experience of working with neurodivergence and in supporting parents of neurodiverse children. I also have a growing base of clients from the LGBTQ+ community and the sex worker community. I am kink aware.
I also offer support in coming to terms with narcissistic abuse, or being in relationship with someone with a personality disorder. I am now working with clients with complex trauma and PTSD and use a combination of psychotherapy, CBT and tapping to help work through the psychological, physical and spiritual aspects of healing.
I think that one of my core strengths as a therapist is in building trust in the relationship, and my clients often report a deep sense of being seen and understood. I believe that every human is naturally wise, self governing, and intuitive. Therapy should be a process which calls you back to your most authentic sense of self.

Parenting children with Additional Needs
This is a therapeutic support group for parents of children and adults with additional needs. Additional needs being defined as learning disabilities, neurodivergence, mental health difficulties or long term health conditions. The focus will primarily be upon the emotional and psychological challenges of being a carer, with some space to think about the practical implications. We will look at family dynamics with a view to enhancing the well being of all family members, including the person with additional needs. This will be a small group setting as I would like to focus on generating a safe and supportive environment.
