Modern life brings many challenges – each of us meets these in our own unique way. Occasionally, problems feel insurmountable or a strategy may not be working. My background is working with trauma which most of us experience to some level in our lives. As part of my work I also specialise in the journey that is often labelled 'infertility' or 'fertility'. This can be an incredibly difficult and, at times, distressing experience.
I provide face to face, video and telephone sessions to all my clients. Since the pandemic it has become far more popular to work in a hybrid way. I'm happy to use what medium you would prefer. We can do a 30 minute telephone or video consultation and explore your needs. I am happy to talk through any concerns you might have or questions you have.
