I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor. I do what I do because I love helping clients step away from anxiety, low mood, overwhelm and low self-esteem, and instead step into their power, discovering their potential with kindness and compassion. I work face to face, online and in the outdoors in the countryside surrounding Bath - so if you're a wild soul who loves being outside, I may be the counsellor for you!
I work in a client-led way, meaning counselling sessions are yours to talk about whatever is on your mind. I draw upon person-centred theory and the importance of the mind-body connection in my work, as well as the connections we have to the world around us. We can be creative and playful in our sessions too, if that's what you need.
I won't try and fit you into a theoretical framework, instead I will instead I will offer space and guidance for self-reflection and connection with your most authentic self. I want to get to know the real you, and I truly believe that all my clients have the potential for change inside them already...sometimes we just need a little help finding it.
