Hello, my name is Zita and I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples. I provide a welcoming and comfortable environment, a space to talk and be understood. I aim to enable my clients to understand and address the emotional issues that cause them difficulties and distress. We work togther for them to achieve a greater understanding of themselves and their patterns and then on to a healthier, happier and more resilient path.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, addiction, disability, discrimination, abandonment, bereavement, relationships – family & romantic, ADHD and EUPD. I offer a free initial 20-minute phone call, we can then have a session to explore your needs in more detail and take it from there.
I have a MSc in Psychotherapy and am a Certified Transactional Analyst. I am UKCP registered.
