About

Many of us reach a chapter in our lives where we may feel stuck, unhappy, confused, unable to move forward or something we can't quite explain. Together we can work through these thoughts & feelings to find a way that works for you. I am interested in hearing your experiences & provide a safe & open environment for you to feel able to share. I am not able to give advice but I can share the journey with you & together we can try to make sense of your thoughts, feelings, memories & relationships.
I see clients weekly for 60 minute sessions for as long as is needed. I work in an integrative way which means I draw from different methods to find the best way for you at that time. I believe that each of us is unique, our stories are all different & therefore counselling should reflect that. I also offer group work for those who would prefer.
Life can feel overwhelming at times & difficult to communicate, so I aim to build trust with you so you can feel safe & able to share in an open way. My work within mental health & learning disability services has given me additional experience in working with people with a variety of needs.

Finding Meaning in the Wake of Covid - online

Very few of us were prepared for the impact of COVID-19; it has taken us by surprise with limited opportunity to process our feelings about it. For some of us, we face a world without a loved one, others have lost a career or business. However the pandemic has impacted you, this group provides an opportunity to come to terms with your loss, and to rebuild connection that so many of us have been starved of. This group is about facing our experiences together and when we are ready, moving into a future that is as meaningful as possible.
