Human beings are thrown into the unpredictable world, carrying with them givens of family, culture and circumstance. Genuine, honest and safe connections are essential for wellbeing and my aim in therapy is firstly to establish such a connection. Through this, the aim is to help you embrace what is hidden and difficult, change what is unwanted and move forward with self-compassion.
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years' experience working in the NHS, charity and the private sectors. I specialise in a number of psychological therapies, including CBT, MBCT, CAT, MBT, Jungian Analysis, Existential/Phenomenological Analysis, CFT, ACT and FST. I am an adult ADHD assessor.
Every individual has a unique and an important story to share.
