I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor who offers short and long term therapy for adults and couples. Many of us experience times when life is challenging, many are also grappling with longer term mental health struggles, we are all continually learning about ourselves. My therapeutic approach is to meet what needs to be felt and expressed with compassion and curiosity. I see this process as integrating and empowering.
I am a trauma and neurodivergent informed therapist. With over 6 years clinical experience, I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, grief and recent bereavement, identity questions, disordered eating, abuse and bullying. I have a particular clinical interest in complex and relational trauma.
I understand that reaching out to a new therapist, potentially for the first time, can be strange and daunting. As well as an intro call, I like to do 45 minute consultation sessions that allow us to get to know one another.
