I aim to provide a professional, safe, confidential and non judgmental space in which you will be able to explore recent and long standing personal issues, to perhaps gain a greater understanding of your unhappiness and distress, helping you find a better way forwards.
I hold a BSc Hons degree in Person Centred Counselling, MBACP, as well a DBS check. In my home based practice I offer sessions face to face to face or remotely, and have experience working with adults with a diverse range of issues that arise in counselling.
A key part of my practice is the therapeutic relationship, which I believe to be the heart of successful therapy.
