I take a holistic approach to counselling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in Gestalt, Psychodynamic therapy and CBT which I use to help clients achieve optimal mental health.

Mental Health Stigma: Combating stigma within various cultural contexts. Life Transitions: Supporting clients through migration, assimilation, or cultural shifts.
