Hi there, I am Bridget, my approach is flexible and tailored, incorporating culturally relevant practices and interventions. I take a holistic approach to counselling, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in Gestalt, Psychodynamic therapy and CBT which I use to help clients achieve optimal mental health.
Some areas of focus are generational Trauma: Addressing trauma experienced by previous generations. Family Dynamics: Understanding cultural influences on family relationships and expectations. Mental Health Stigma: Combating stigma within various cultural contexts. Life Transitions: Supporting clients through migration, assimilation, or cultural shifts.
