I am a UKCP registered Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist-in-Training in my sixth year of study at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC). I work in Bristol and offer affordable therapy to adults. For me, psychotherapy is largely about creating more self-acceptance. This will look different depending on your needs, but in general it will involve a compassionate and empathetic exploration of your life experiences, and how they might influence your present circumstances, to see how each may be creating blocks in your life from a healthy expression of your feelings.
I have over 5 years of experience working with clients in a variety of settings, and I am confident that if you are committed to the process of therapy, then we can make meaningful changes to your wellbeing. Amongst other things, I have a specific interest and experience working with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
If you would like to meet with me to discuss how psychotherapy might help you, please get in touch to arrange an initial appointment. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get a sense of how we could work together.
