Psychotherapy can be a useful tool in helping us to manage life's difficulties. It can be a place for you to explore issues that you are currently struggling with, such as anxiety or depression, or just an opportunity to understand yourself better. In my practice, I am specifically interested in working with you to create more self-acceptance. This can look different for different people, but in general it will involve a compassionate and empathic exploration of past experiences, and how they might interact with our present circumstances, to see how each may be creating blocks in our lives from a healthy expression of our feelings.
I am a UKCP registered Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist-in-Training moving in my fifth year of study at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) working with adults in private practice.
If you would like to meet with me to discuss how psychotherapy might help you, please get in touch to arrange an initial appointment. This will be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get a sense of what I can offer you.
