My name is Zahra, I use a variety of skills and tailor therapy exclusively for you to help you work through your difficulties and move forwards . Using CBT we can explore deep rooted feelings, how they affect your life and how to make a change. We can build on resilience and provide you with a toolbox of strategies and techniques to handle whatever life throws at you and make lasting improvements. You can begin to break the cycle of repetitive, challenging and destructive behaviours and feelings. You will gain insight into your intrusive thoughts and negative thinking and how to challenge them and revolutionise your thinking.
I provide evidence based and personalised therapy which incorporates a variety of components. I use elements of mindfulness, distress tolerance and life coaching nestled into CBT to provide a unique and effective approach to therapy. I have experience of working with adults who have either mild or more complex mental health conditions.
My goal is to found trusting and genuine relationships and construct positive and lasting experiences that guide you to where, and who you want to be. I'll do this by listening, respecting and understanding you. Together, with you as an expert in your own experiences and feelings, we’ll focus achieving therapeutic goals and overcome obstacles to recovery.

- Membership: Health & Care Professions Council / Occupational Therapist
- Training: Post grad diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy. Currently working towards my MSc in CBT.
Post Grad Dip in CBT. Trained via the NHS in mindfulness, distress tolerance, and life coaching.
