I work with individuals and couples. I help individuals work through relationship difficulties (including divorce), anxiety, addiction and ADHD to find clarity and create strategies to help move forward. I focus on helping couples struggling with communication and conflict to slow down and start communicating in a different way that removes criticism and defensiveness. Individual and couples sessions are either online or in person. 2-Day couples intensives are available during the week or weekend in person only in Warrington, Cheshire. I can help you to process your difficulties, unravel your thoughts, fears and feelings and help you find clarity and control in life again, while offering a safe and supportive space to work towards healing, connection, and growth. Therapy can be challenging but ultimately rewarding and after a few sessions, clients begin to notice shifts towards healing.
Sessions are online or in-person. I always work at a pace that's right for you and you will NOT be expected to talk about issues you're not ready to.
