I'll bring warmth, authenticity and the occasional laugh - because sometimes humour really is the best therapy. We work together as a team. I’ll support you on your journey until you get where you need to be. I’m a pluralistic counsellor which means I can draw from various therapeutic approaches (CBT, Person Centred & Pyschodynamic) to create a tailored experience that’s as unique as you are.
