I'm Yvonne, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist with lived experience of ADHD. I work with children from age 7, teenagers, adults, and couples, offering CBT therapy, ADHD coaching, and CBT-informed couples work that's practical, evidence-based, and built around you.

CBT is at the heart of how I work. I also draw on ACT, DBT, CFT, and ERP where it fits including for OCD and emetophobia.
For younger children I offer parent-led CBT, supporting parents to use CBT techniques at home.
For couples, I help partners understand the patterns keeping them stuck and find more helpful ways of communicating and connecting.
