Welcome. How can I help? I imagine you might be struggling with anxiety or low mood and experiencing changes in your life that you might be looking for some help with. I am qualified and experienced in dealing with the problems you may be facing from mild to severe. I have been working as a psychotherapist for many years with a wide range of difficulties, my area of particular expertise being trauma. Let me help you.
I will work together with you to achieve your goals and start your life moving again. I use both Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) methods to help to learn strategies and skills to resolve your problems and manage the emotional and physical impact of them. We will work at your pace and in the style you need.
